Our automatic phone calls system conveniently takes over whenever you want to implement your phone number in your project. Your customer can either call you or we can initiate a phone call to call your customer (i.e. they leave their phone number on your website together with a time when they are available).
A recorded audio file will be played explaining to your customer what steps they need to decide. They can choose between distinctive departments via their keyboard or speech recognition. Furthermore we can gather information like a customer id or their address. Both will be processed automatically and provided to your database.
If the call is interrupted or your customer wants to proceed at a later time, our system remembers your customer and if they call again they can continue at the last step. Thus eliminating the time consuming process of providing their data again.
If our automatic routines are not enough, our human service agents can step in. The data provided so far from the customer is displayed and further information gathered from your database can be accessed by the service agent.
