Once a call is routed to a agent, every necessary information about the customer and your company is available to the agent. Your customer won’t notice that the same agent handled incoming calls of other companies just a second before.

 

Shared service agents also take care of our outbound calls. You can decide at what time of the day you want your customers to be called by our agents. Furthermore you decide on the content of the call and what goals you want to achieve.
